What we'll cover
Our course will:
- give an overview of digital and Agile ways of working
- cover the history of Agile, how and why it emerged
- look at the difference between Agile and Waterfall ways of working
Course outcomes
At the end of our course, you will be able to:
- understand what is meant by 'digital'
- compare Agile and Waterfall ways of working
- assess when to apply Agile and Waterfall methods
- understand the importance of user-centred design within services
How you'll learn
- The course is delivered on Google Classroom – a Google account will be required to participate.
- The course will take approximately 4 hours to complete. This can be done at your own pace.
